Faith Johnson
Faith Johnson is a global transformation partner to fast growing businesses and organizations in complex turnaround situations. For Faith, change has been a consistent theme in her life and career. She has lived in five countries and worked in over 70 countries in North America, Europe, South America, Africa and Australia. The impact of her time living and working across the globe has given her a unique perspective on how to help leaders align their organization around a common purpose, shift performance, drive execution and deliver growth.
She has an unsurpassed track record of delivering multi-million -dollar revenue generation and cost saving results for her clients, many of whom are the most recognized brands in the world. Recently, Harvard Business Review named one of her client’s transformation initiative, one the best business transformations of the last decade.
Faith’s expertise comes from leading organizational transformations in both corporate leadership and consulting roles in various industries. She worked at PwC and The Coca-Coal Company before becoming an entrepreneur and starting her own firm. Faith holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Organizational Communication.
